The LIFTT Leadership Course is a self-guided online course available on desktop or mobile device. There are 6 guided course modules with around 30 lessons, videos, reflection prompts and a physical exercise workbook will be mailed to you.
Access to our private community space for paid members only is open to our Leadership Course students.

You will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of your course. The course is self-paced and self-guided. Eric will be interacting inside the new private community, guiding the first members through the full course, starting in May, 2025.
Graduates of the LIFTT Leadership Course have the option to become a Certified LIFTT Coach.
